Conditions

The rules of use described here are applicable to offers and requests in Cooperamos.es and to the behaviour of the registered users of our web site. All users must agree on these conditions of use before completing the registration process.

If you see content in Cooperamos.es that does not meet these conditions of use, please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. The contact data required for signing in and for the insertion of a request or an offer must be truthful information and must be fulfilled by the authorized person to do so.

2. Cooperamos.es does not allow the insertion of offers that deteriorate the quality of the service. The insertion of the following is prohibited:

  • Offers whose content is fraudulent or false
  • Offers which are not authorized by the publisher
  • False offers that do not have a clear intention of offer or request
  • Offers related to X-rated industry
  • Duplicated offers. It is understood by duplication, offers of a same product in the same platform
  • Offers with erroneous data of contact. Contact data is: name, telephone number, URL and/or the email
  • Offers of companies with a false name: Offers from companies with generic or false names are not allowed.

3. All the information included in the offers must be clear, precise and truthful.

4. A professional language in the comments provided for the offers is due to be used.

5. If you see some unsuitable offer in Cooperamos.es, please contact us in info@cooperamos.es

6. Please protect your password. If other people misuse Cooperamos.es with your password, you will lose the right to access to the service. We recommended not to use to the same word for username and password.

7. Cooperamos.es cannot control each of the published offers, so we are not responsible for the contents. All in all, we do review on a regular basis the offers and requests published.

8. Cooperamos.es does not allow the diffusion of non-authorized promotional e-mails. The users involved in this activity will have their accounts cancelled.

Registered users not meeting these conditions of use will be expelled from the web site. The interpretation of the use rules is of exclusive competence of Cooperamos.es. These conditions can be modified at any time with no need of previous warning or notification
